Alphonso Ross
Owner-Operator
With over 12 years in the trucking industry, I started Ross & Family INC to build the kind of company I wanted to work with—one grounded in fairness, transparency, and integrity. I’ve seen firsthand how smaller carriers and drivers can be overlooked, underpaid, or left in the dark.
This business was built to be different. I believe in fair pay, honest capacity planning, and treating every customer and partner with respect. My goal is simple: provide reliable, on-time service while building long-term relationships based on trust, not just transactions.
